M4a1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the m4a1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the m4a1 platform — whether via our website or mobile app — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the m4a1 platform. This platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
M4a1 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Account Creation, Eligibility and Security
Registration Eligibility Requirements
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register for and use m4a1's services.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. m4a1 reserves the right to request identity verification (e-KYC) at any time.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share it with any other party.
Account Security and Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account, whether or not they were aware of them.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact m4a1 customer support immediately.
- M4a1 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Users must notify m4a1 of any changes to their registered personal information to ensure their account remains active and valid.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the m4a1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using another person's account or assuming a false identity to access the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or activity intended to deceive m4a1 or other users.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, manipulate, or abuse the platform's systems.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, obscene, inciteful, or defamatory through the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or credit balance to any third party without prior written consent from m4a1.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the m4a1 platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account without prior notice. m4a1 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be engaged in illegal activity or conduct that is harmful to the platform.
Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the m4a1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local e-wallets and Malaysian internet banking.
M4a1 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified by m4a1.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the method chosen. Deposits are typically instant, while withdrawals may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.
Transaction Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during transactions is accurate. m4a1 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the user.
Any suspicious transaction activity — including suspected money laundering or financial fraud — will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
M4a1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own charges. Users are encouraged to review the terms of their respective payment providers.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The m4a1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. m4a1 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or viruses at all times. m4a1 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.
In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of m4a1 to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content on the m4a1 platform — including logos, graphics, interface elements, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of m4a1 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from m4a1.
Third-Party Links
The m4a1 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. m4a1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access third-party services at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant terms and conditions.
Account Suspension and Closure
M4a1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any remaining credit balance unless otherwise determined by m4a1.
Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. The request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for all claims relating to the use of the m4a1 platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
